Adolescent Residential Program Director

We are currently hiring for an Adolescent Residential Program Director in Ada, OK.

This role directs the operations, programs, and activities for Adolescent RTC Services. Plans, directs, and coordinates therapeutic patient care activities to maintain standards of patient care, case management, and advise medical and nursing personnel in matters related to clinical treatment of adolescent patients by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff. Define and maintain program standards in therapeutic care and practice in accordance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Must have LPC, LCSW LMP, or LMFT.  Must be at least 21 years of age.  Prefer three years clinical and leadership experience in adolescent behavioral health.  Knowledge of adolescent age specific competencies; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation. Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions.
