Job Description
PsychPros is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S to lead a team of therapists in providing high-quality, community-based therapeutic interventions to youth and their families. Your responsibilities will include clinical supervision, staff training, quality assurance, and collaboration with community stakeholders. (This position will oversee one team of four therapists in Erie, Huron, Ottawa, and Sandusky Counties. This may expand to a second team of 4 in the future.)

- Clinical Supervision: Provide ongoing supervision and guidance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, develop, and motivate.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Forge and maintain strong relationships with community agencies, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Program Oversight: Oversee program administration, including budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Crisis Management: Provide expert consultation in handling high-risk cases and crisis situations, ensuring appropriate therapeutic responses and safety measures.
- Advanced Licensure Required: Must possess an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S license in the state of Ohio.
- Educational Background: Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience supervising therapy for youth and families.
- Leadership Skills: History of effectively managing and developing clinical teams.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as frequent travel to various community settings is part of the role.
