We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/LMFT with seasoned experience in the area of early intervention in ASD.  We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing clinical services for children. You will be part of our team of clinicians who provides individualized behavioral and therapeutic support services in the home, school and clinic settings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Use your superior skills to conduct functional and behavioral assessments
  • Develop behavior plans and programs
  • Implement behavior plans and programs in home, clinic  and/or school settings
  • Collect accurate and ongoing data on children' s programs
  • Provide feedback regarding client progress to program supervisors
  • Work with parents to educate them on the implementation of behavior plans and programs
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully and openly  with all team members, clients and their parents
  • Attend and participate in clinical  team meetings

Qualifications:
  • Master Degree and current CA LMFT licensure
  • Additional BCBA certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in early intervention with children 0-6 with ASD
  • Experience in ABA, PRT, PECS, TEACCH, and additional trainings and interventions
  • Experience with additional developmental delays preferred
  • Experience working on an interdisciplinary team
  • Willingness to evaluate and learn new methods of intervention
  • Must be positive, energetic and creative
  • Be timely, reliable, and committed to long-term employment
  • ? Effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required
