Job Description

PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to behavioral healthcare. We are in need of Resident Advisors to work with people experiencing homelessness and living in a tiny home village in Eagle Rock.

This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT expected to last until June 30, 2025.

Qualifications-

High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with adults in an adult or family congregate setting, or other homeless services oriented position
Familiarity in understanding and dealing with residents/clients with history of substance use and/or mental health related issues
Comfortable working in an environment where certain safety hazard conditions involving such things as clients in possession of controlled substances, weapons, drug paraphernalia, and physical/verbal threats may occur.

Pay-

$18.55/hour or $19.55/hour for overnight shift

7570 N. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90041

Schedule-

All Shifts Needed
7am-3:30pm
3pm-11:30pm
11pm-7:30am

Responsibilities-

Supervise resident activities
Monitor the site
Interact with residents and staff in a positive and courteous manner
Assertively ensure a safe environment for the residents
May administer Naloxone once trained
Utilize deescalation techniques
