VP, Quality Assurance & Compliance

PsychPros, Inc. is assisting a client in Birmingham, Alabama with their search for a VP, Quality Assurance & Compliance. This role is responsible for corporate quality assurance and accreditation activities, and corporate utilization review/case management services and procedures. The ideal candidate will have extensive employee benefits quality assurance and compliance experience, solid experience with the federal mental health parity act and its related regulation, and must have familiarity with ERISA. Excellent compensation package!
- Masters degree preferable
- Five years quality assurance experience required, preferably in PPO/HMO
- Experience in managed care/PPO environment
- Some experience/involvement in mental health field preferred
- Familiarity with case management/utilization review functions
- Experience in group presentations/speaking preferable
