We are currently hiring for an Adolescent Services Coordinator in Parsippany, NJ. This position requires an LCSW, LPC, LCDAC or Psychologist who has a nice balance of clinical and administrative skills and is able to work with the adolescent population.  We would need someone to be able to work with both populations as well as supervise 6 + staff. 


-Is responsible for program development, implementation and evaluation.

-Performs intake evaluations when necessary and provides direct patient services.

-Provides direction and assistance to staff.

- Provides clinical supervision to subordinates for whom he or she is appropriately credentialed and trained.

-Oversees all documentation and CQI activities.  Maintains contact with referral sources and managed care organizations.


Education:  LPC, LCSW, LCADC or Licensed Psychologist

Experience: Three years experience in the treatment of mental illness substance abuse and one year supervisory experience.

Competence: Has a thorough knowledge of mental illness, substance abuse treatment planning, documentation and the continuum of care.
