PsychPros is currently partnering with a well respected large agency in the Cincinnati area.
We are seeking an independently licensed clinical social worker or counselor (LISW-S or LPSS-S) to lead a team of front line and clinical staff in a residential setting. Primary job duties will include providing clinical supervision for dependently licensed clinicians on the team as well as making sure the program is meeting and exceeding expectations, maintaining a safe and effective program focusing on client healing. Ideal candidate will have some experience working with a residential program and have at least 2-3 years of clinical supervisory experience.
Requirements for this position include:
-Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
-Independent licensure in the State of Ohio (LISW-S or LPCC-S)
-Supervisory experience
Preferred Experience-
-Some experience working in residential treatment
