Job Description
Full-time, on-site BCBA opportunity in McHenry, IL.
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsibilities include providing clinical behavioral health services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The BCBA will provide direct therapeutic services, collaborate with client and their support teams, complete behavior therapy assessments, create individual behavior support/enrichment plans, ensure effective implementation of the behavioral plans through consultation, supervision and training of direct care staff, implement all relevant policies and procedures, and promote skills for healthy relationships that help people thrive. The BCBA is responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as demonstrating sound professional judgment at all times.
Requirements Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Graduate degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, or related field from an accredited University with coursework in behavior analysis.
At least 2-years of experience working with adults as a behavior analyst or registered behavior technician. Experience with autism spectrum disorders and other diagnoses (i.e., intellectual disability, developmental delay, etc.)
