We are in need of a full time, direct hire BCBA in Santa Rosa, CA

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides support to individuals (adult participants) who receive services in a community based setting and is supported by a team consisting of a Program Director, Nurse, and Recreation Therapist. Additionally, this position would provide supervision to program RBTs who provide 1: 1 direct service to the individuals in our program.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

·       Provide direct instruction, training, and support to staff

·       Effectively manage caseload, prepare and submit all required documentation in a timely manner

·       Review and evaluate the performance of staff members to ensure the proper implementation of plans

·       Supervise RBTs per BACB requirements

·       Conduct appropriate assessments & recommend positive behavior supports for individuals in program

·       Monitor behavior data and provide descriptive progress notes on a monthly basis

·       Review behavior data, meet and discuss with the appropriate staff on any discrepancies noted on the behavior data

Requirements:
  • Currently certified as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • Criminal  record  clearance
  • Medical  clearance, physically able to work with individuals (adults) with disabilities
  • CPR,  First  Aid,  and  CPI  certification required within  30  days  of  employment
  • Valid photo ID or Driver License
  • Authorization to work in the  US
  • Fluent in  English
  • Possess  strong written and communication skills
  • Desire to serve adults with disabilities
  • Team player who works well and effectively communicates with others
  • Ability to work in high stress environments
  • Comfortable utilizing various technology and software
  • Maintain certifications and/or licensure and all other required training/documentation
  • Participant in  all  scheduled trainings and meetings
