Job Description

We are assisting an employer in its search for a full-time BCBA in Flint, Michigan.

BCBA  ($90k - 100k) *** 5k sign on bonus 
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBS) certification required  
  • 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferred 
Benefit package: 
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  • Health Insurance: 100% employer-covered HMO plan
  • Pro-rated Paid Time Off:  front-loaded for the remainder of the year
  • Beginning of the year PTO: 120 are front-loaded on January 1st
  • Retirement Plan: 5% 401(k) employer match
