Job Description

A service provider in San Antonio, TX who specializes in providing in-home ABA therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be utilizing evidence-based principles and strategies to reduce behaviors associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our client is a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team committed to fostering a positive environment for both our employees and clients.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Utilize evaluation tools such as the VB-MAPP, Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
  • Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; oversee the implementation, modeling, and progress monitoring of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
  • Provide training to parents, caregivers, and ABA technicians on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Graph data, adjust strategies as necessary to ensure client progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA working with children, teens or young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and writing positive behavior support plans.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
BCBA Pay Rate and Benefits:
  • $65-$85/hr. based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday (2 pm – 7 pm), with the potential to increase to full time.
