Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Utilize evaluation tools such as the VB-MAPP, Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
- Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians; oversee the implementation, modeling, and progress monitoring of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
- Provide training to parents, caregivers, and ABA technicians on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Graph data, adjust strategies as necessary to ensure client progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA working with children, teens or young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and writing positive behavior support plans.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
- $65-$85/hr. based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday (2 pm – 7 pm), with the potential to increase to full time.
