We are currently recruiting for Case Managers in the Cincinnati, OH region.
In this position, you will be:
-Assisting clients with barrier removal
-Work with offsite support to coordinate care for clients
-Participate in treatment team to help clients reach greater financial independence.
-Maintain accurate and updated case notes
-Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people
-Advanced level of problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
This case management position offers an opportunity to work with a great team helping people identify community resources that will help them provide more stability for themselves and their families.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree highly preferred, but will consider an Associates Degree with experience in case management.
-Basic computer skills
