PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. 
We are currently recruiting for case managers in Northern Kentucky. In this role you will be:
  • Meeting with program participates to review housing needs and go over monthly budget and bills
  • Bi-monthly home visits prior to ensure compliance with HUD requirements
  • Maintain up to date case notes and other documentation to maintain compliance
  • Advocate for participants as needed
  • Assist in barrier removal for participants 
In this position, you will be working as part of service team to ensure quality continuum of care
Requirements:
Associates degree or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-year case management experience.
