Job Description
PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field.
We are currently recruiting for case managers in Northern Kentucky. In this role you will be:
- Meeting with program participates to review housing needs and go over monthly budget and bills
- Bi-monthly home visits prior to ensure compliance with HUD requirements
- Maintain up to date case notes and other documentation to maintain compliance
- Advocate for participants as needed
- Assist in barrier removal for participants
Requirements:
