Job Description
We are hiring for a Child and Family Program manager in Warrenton, OR.
The Child and Family Program Manager will supervise the Child and Family clinicians, the Wraparound Team, and the Intensive in-Home Behavioral Health Team. The Child and Family Program Manager will ensure all clinical services are in this program are in keeping with agency standards. All services to clients will be closely tied to the treatment plans and assessments. The Child and Family Program Manager will be required to provide crisis services during business hours, as indicated, function as part of the inter-disciplinary management team, and possess flexibility to assist team members to provide continuity and consistency of care to the agency’ s clients. They may provide direct services at times, if indicated, based on agency capacity and program need.
Qualifications:
Clinical supervisors in all programs must demonstrate competence in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of services, staff development, service planning, case management and coordination, utilization of community resources, group, family and individual therapy or counseling, documentation and rationale for services to promote intended outcomes and implementation of all provider policies.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet the requirements for Qualified Mental Health Professional in the State of Oregon. This will involve at least a Master’ s Degree with Licensure preferred.
Education and Experience:
A Master’ s Degree in the Behavioral Sciences from an accredited university and at least 7 years of outpatient clinical experience working with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. Licensed providers preferred.
