Job Description

PsychPros, in collaboration with a Mission-based organization working to strengthen individuals and families by developing sustainable, affordable housing and supportive programs aimed at reducing homelessness with a focus on harm reduction, is searching for Clinical Coordinators. Clinical Coordinators will oversee a team of 4-6 case managers to ensure the highest quality service is maintained and consistent with a housing-first, harm-reduction approach to overcome housing insecurities and social determinants of health. 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work and an active LMSW license
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with chronically homeless populations 
  • Housing based case management experience strongly preferred 
  • Previous supervisory experience and strong clinical and assessment skills 
  • Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques preferred 
  • Superb collaborative skills, ability to work successfully with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with diverse populations and stakeholders 
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred

Compensation: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 / Per Annual
