PsychPros, in collaboration with an outstanding Mission-based organization working to strengthen individuals and families by developing sustainable, affordable housing and supportive programs aimed at reducing homelessness with a focus on harm reduction, is searching for Clinical Coordinators. Clinical Coordinators will oversee a team of 4-6 case managers to ensure the highest quality service is maintained and consistent with a housing-first, harm-reduction approach to overcome housing insecurities and social determinants of health. Positions are available on the Upper West Side, Union Square, and the Lower East Side. 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work and an active LMSW license
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with chronically homeless populations 
  • Housing based case management experience strongly preferred 
  • Previous supervisory experience and strong clinical and assessment skills 
  • Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques preferred 
  • Superb collaborative skills, ability to work successfully with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with diverse populations and stakeholders 
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred

Compensation: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 / Per Annum 

Please note that most Clinical Coordinator candidates can only be considered for the base salary. The salary range exists and higher compensation is available to candidates that have very clear skills that are proven to exceed the minimum qualifications.
