Job Description
We are assisting a non-profit treatment provider located in Litchfield County, CT with their search for a full-time Clinical Director. The role will oversee four clinical programs (adolescent/adult residential program, therapeutic school, and outpatient treatment). The clients in treatment often have issues that stem from mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, family problems, and personality disorders. The Clinical Director will report directly to the CEO.
Qualified candidates will be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with 10+ years of experience that includes progressive leadership experience in a similar setting.
