PPsych Pros is looking for a competent Clinical Director in Oklahoma City to organize and supervise Employees and programs, in an outpatient counseling department. The Clinical Director must possess excellent management and mentoring skills, with the ability to promptly resolve conflicts and issues. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the outpatient counseling department aiming for maximum performance.

Position Summary: The Clinical Director is part of a multidisciplinary team, providing various treatment services for emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders (serving children, adolescents, and adults). The Clinical Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the outpatient counseling department, and supervising all staff providing outpatient counseling services. The Clinical Director will supervise the coordination of services with outside community agencies, contacts and/or consultants. In addition to staff supervision, this position requires management and completion of all required reports/data for all outpatient programs. 

Qualifications:
 
  1. Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or an equivalent social services field.
  2. Fully Licensed Therapist that is also an approved Supervisor (LPC/LPC Supervisor)
  3. Five years’ experience working in a social services field such as outpatient or inpatient mental health, substance abuse, residential treatment, etc.
  4. Three years’ supervisory/managerial experience with in-office clinical and administrative tasks, responsibilities, and procedures
  5. Knowledge of OHCA, ODMHSAS, rules and regulations

Job Description:
  1. Supervise and direct all outpatient counseling staff
  2. Recruit, interview and hire therapists/therapist candidates
  3. Provide annual trainings for all outpatient staff
  4. Provide direct weekly supervision of LPC Candidates
  5. Complete new client intake assessments as needed in collaboration with the Clinical Coordinator and Intake Team
  6. Provide direct client time and maintain a client caseload of 10 billable hours per week
  7. Perform chart audits and file reviews monthly, initiating corrective action as needed.
  8. Complete quality improvement plans and ensure implementation
Direct hire, M-F, compensation $85k annually
