We are assisting a treatment provider in their search for a full-time Clinical Director to oversee their residential program. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the clinical management, clinical administration, and clinical services delivered, in conjunction with the Executive Director of the residential program. This includes, but is not limited to, clinical programming and delivery as well as oversight of adjunct recruitment and retention, and the vetting, training, and development of any full-time clinical team members. This position is also responsible for budgeting, forecasting, planning, market analysis, potential client and family relations, and referral relations, etc. The Clinical Director works with all the other departments to meet the needs of program participants and the marketplace
Education and/or Experience:
A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; Licensure in the State of Tennessee, or ability to obtain Tennessee licensure as an LCSW or LPC with 10+ years of experience in a senior-level managerial role required. Must have five (5) years of providing trauma-informed care with knowledge and experience in Experiential and Psychodrama therapeutic modalities. Program development, data, and performance management experience required.
