We are assisting a non-profit health and human service organization in their search for a Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services. This role will be responsible for the startup and advancement of the Behavioral Health program with our client. This individual will be responsible for development, planning, and implementation strategies for a PMAD (Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorder) service line, integrating evidence-based practice models, expanding telehealth services, and building community partnerships. The Clinical Director will have a modest caseload and provide services that include diagnostic bio-psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, and conduct substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence screening. He/she will be knowledgeable of and ensure the use of a variety of modalities and techniques, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to address the needs of clients and families. The position also requires emotional resilience and stability since the work often involves dealing with high-risk patients. The Clinical Director will advocate for patients in gaining access to resources to address their personal issues/struggles and barriers, such as mental illness, addiction, and other life stressors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Master’ s Degree
- 3-5 years clinical experience
- LCSW required
- 3+ years management or director level experience in clinical and administrative functions
