Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager for a service provider in Newport, VT. This position will provide administrative and clinical supervision for a community treatment program. Excellent opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administers, coordinates and manages programs and services for clients of CRT.
- Duties can include direct client service (emergency and legal screenings and case management, outreach), clinical and administrative supervision, budgetary controls, initiation and review of policies and procedures, and participation in quality control, assurance and improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in an appropriate human services field.
- Must be State QMHP certified or gain certification within six months of assuming the position.
- At least 3 to 5 years mental health experience at a professional level
- Prefer experience with Community Rehabilitation and Treatment model and/or Program for Assertive Community Treatment
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Certification or licensure as a mental health (LCMHC), clinical social worker, psychologist, or an alcohol and drug counselor (CADC or LADC), or equivalent licensure, is desirable but not required.
