Overview:
The Director will oversee the day-to-day operational leader of site, where the re-entry model to formerly incarcerated individuals is delivered. In this role, you’ll manage internal team members, work with our participants, and serve as a local ambassador to external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring our team members in the Center:
- Directly managing Community and Life Skills team members, including case managers, community support specialists, peer support specialists, center coordinator, and security officers
- Providing day-to-day guidance to Behavioral Health & Wellness and Education & Employment team members and working with the BHW and EE managers to communicate observations on successes and areas of opportunity for the therapists, chaplain, and career coaches.
- Ensuring participants receive a consistent, positive, healing experience:
- Creatively problem solving in accordance with organizations policies and model. Coaching team members in partnership with senior leadership to improve processes and participant outcomes.
- Monitoring and reporting accurate metrics and data for the Center.
- Ensuring the Center facility is well-maintained.
- Partnering with the senior leadership team and engaging with the community:
- Collaborating with senior leadership to implement new strategies, advance our mission, enhance the team member experience, and manage risk.
- In partnership with senior leadership, fostering relationships in the community with employment partners, donors, and the Department of Corrections

Required education, licensure, and experience:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, behavioral health, or related field
- LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT
- 10+ years of experience in social work, behavioral health, case management or other healthcare related field
- 5+ years of experience supervising a team of case managers/peer support specialists in a behavioral health or comparable field.
- Experience with substance use disorder and twelve-step programs.
- 4+ years of operations and/or management experience
- Experience working with justice-involved adults or other vulnerable populations preferred.
- CPR / Adult First Aid certification preferred.
