PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to behavioral healthcare.  We are currently recruiting for a clinical supervisor to work full-time in Lancaster, Ohio.

Requirements-
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
  • Licensed in Ohio as LISW-S or LPCC-S
  • Clinical experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance required
  • Supervision experience is preferred
  • Interest or experience in working with SUD and ACT population

Responsibilities-
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to licensed mental health therapists who are providing therapy and providing Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment
  • Supervise with a high emphasis on employee development
  • Plan, prepare for, and provide group supervision/team meetings on a weekly basis
  • Assure fiscal accountability of program and assist in the development of budgets
  • Assume a leadership role in the interpretation and support of agency policies, implementation of industry best practice standards throughout assigned programs, aiding in the development/implementation of program outcome measures to ensure quality service implementation
  • Provide mental health therapy, including individual, group and family therapy to a small caseload
  • Available for clinical consultation and crisis intervention
