Job Description
We are assisting a service provider with their search for a full-time Clinical Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA. The role will provide ongoing management and oversight of case management personnel who are providing services and support to veterans who are in a temporary residential setting. The Clinical Supervisor will supervise a staff of Case Managers who are providing structured case management services including developing Individual Service Plans; assessing psychosocial and environmental needs; formulating case-management treatment goals; conducting high-risk screening, psychosocial assessment, and treatment planning with Veteran clients and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psychologist.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor of a residential homeless facility.
- Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry System experience, preferred.
- HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) experience, preferred.
- Dependable, responsible, and the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully.
- Excellent customer service/public relations skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with others and independently.
