The client is team of 20+ behavioral interventionists, board certified behavior analysts, and licensed marriage and family therapists.They specialize in providing behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder in Ventura County. They provide practical tools that can help them create positive changes in their lives. They are looking for a qualified, passionate Clinical Supervisor with strong clinical and communication skills.

A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and/or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is required for this position. LMFT applicants must have experience in the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
The LSBS Clinical Supervisor position is a full-time, salaried position that involves client assessment, treatment planning, supervision of client progress, report preparation, as well as managerial responsibilities of overseeing staff, policies, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities • Review and evaluate patient treatment plans and clinical records • Conduct initial phone intake, face-to-face meetings with the client, observation and data collection • Prepare the assessment and treatment recommendation report, and assemble the client’s behavior binder. • Support, guide and coach Interventionists to ensure high quality clinical care of patients • Provide on-going constructive feedback to Interventionists • Prepare Interventionists’ performance evaluations • Review Interventionists’ documentation to ensure quality and timeliness. • Prepare progress notes and update treatment plans • In addition to supervisorial duties the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for direct behavioral intervention with clients, travelling to client homes and other community settings to implement individualized treatment plans. • Attend clinical meetings to assist in information sharing, and collaborate on patient cases.

Qualifications • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and/or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). LMFT applicants must have experience in the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Maintain clinical license in good standing with respective licensing board and complete required CEUs and training appropriate to the practice of clinical supervision. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Maintain confidentiality in all matters • Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver' s license and current automobile insurance.
