We are hiring for a Clinical and Sport Psychologist to join a private practice in Manhattan. 

Position Summary:  This position is designed for an individual who is highly motivated and interested in working as part of a clinical sport and performance psychology consulting practice (working with peak performers from all competitive levels, youth to professional), in athletic departments, national team settings as well as individual consultation.  This candidate will likely combine clinical work, performance-enhancement and cognitive behavioral strategies.  If interested, individual can become involved in business/industrial side of consulting practice.

Excellent clinical expertise, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.  Individual must also be self-motivated, disciplined with a willingness to be a team player, creative, and willing to invest hard work in growing a sport psychology practice.  Organizational skills, follow-through (with clients, staff and referral sources), respectfulness of boundaries, openness to feedback and ability to work independently in a responsible and professional manner are all essential to this position.

Must be a Licensed NY Psychologist.
