PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for an Intensive Home-Based Therapist to work with children and families in Auglaize County, Ohio. The therapist will provide 100% of services in the community.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or other license-eligible related field of human services required. Master’s degree preferred.
LSW or LPC required. LISW or LPCC preferred.
Two years of experience in the field of mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families is required. Experience with family preservation services and/or best practice models of clinical application preferred.
Driver’s license and daily access to personal vehicle required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with an on call rotation.
Benefits-
Salary range 54K-73K depending on education and experience

Responsibilities-
Manage a caseload of 6 high needs families.
Meet with clients a minimum of 2 visit per week with an average of 3 hours per week.
Services will be 100% community-based, which will include meeting with clients in their homes, at school, or community locations etc.
Provide diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family and group therapy.
