Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Director in Rolling Hills, IL to join our new subsidiary that is in the process of establishing a digital exchange that would provide telemedicine infrastructure to deliver mental health services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is experienced in delivering mental health counseling, understands clinical administrative processes and its challenges, understands telemedicine and regulatory needs associated with it, has a good grip on relevant legal, regulatory and insurance requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA/HiTrust.

Education and Experience
-Requires knowledge and understanding of Telemedicine and regulations around delivering mental health services remotely
-Experience in mental health counseling for Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Substance Abuse, Crisis intervention, and Brief Counseling interventions, and Mental Health Prevention, preferably with college students.
-Knowledge of the regulations that govern the practice and delivery of behavioral counseling in primary care settings and remotely. Knowledge of regulations that govern the practice of specialty mental health practices.
-Knowledge of HIPAA/HiTrust regulations
-Knowledge and understanding of health care administration and operations, including medical clinic operations and patient flow, provider productivity standards, and third-party revenue systems including Medi-Cal and Medicare.
-Ability to implement and provide oversight of evidence-based specialty mental health practices, medical social work practices, integrated behavioral health, behavioral medicine and behavioral health prevention practices.
-Good understanding of DSM
- LCPC with a Masters or PhD in counseling or closely related field, NCC certified.
-Counselor Educator experience is a plus
- Must have at least five years' post-license clinical supervision experience and preferably five years of progressive administrative experience in a clinic / private practice setting.
