We are hiring for a Director of Narcotic Treatment Programs in the York/ Lancaster/ Harrisburg, PA area.

The ideal candidate would have experience managing a methadone program (ideally multiple locations) and also have experience with other medication assisted treatments (Suboxone, Vivitrol).

This role is the corporate liaison to all Narcotic Treatment Programs with responsibility for overall program profitability and high quality delivery of strong clinical D & A and Mental Health program application. Provides clinical support and resources to all adolescent residential programs and directors as needed; provides aid to all Narcotic Treatment Programs for state licensing and accreditation review. Designs and implements training programs as appropriate for staff. Assists in the hiring/development of clinical staff as appropriate.

Strong clinical program able to successfully treat clients appropriately and effectively; positive relationships with internal and external customers, Narcotic Treatment Programs are fiscally responsible and contributing to the success of the corporation.

CAC Preferred, CCDP certification preferred, strong clinical skills in D&A and Mental Health Treatment, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, state licensing protocol regulations, and CARF standards

Master’ s degree with 5-8 years of experience in human service agency including supervision, direct service and program planning. Minimum of 5-8 years experience in D&A and Mental Health treatment programs. 5-8 years experience in managing program activities. Knowledge of fiscal/budgetary responsibilities. Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques. Awareness and understanding of regulating bodies (CARF, Office of Mental Health, DDAP, DPW). Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in D&A/Mental Health Treatment.
