Job Description

We are assisting a private, non-profit treatment provider in western CT with their search for a full-time Director to oversee their children's outpatient services. The role will be responsible for providing clinical oversight, which includes administrative management, staff supervision, ensuring best practices, acting as the liaison with DCF, as well as other duties as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a master's degree and be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP in the state of CT.  At least five years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or families is required.
Must have experience in providing crisis intervention services, providing clinical supervision to a variety of mental health disciplines, utilizing evidence-based practices, and family therapies and/or training in family systems theory and practice.
