We have temporary, full-time Remote EAP Care Manger opportunities available immediately! This is a 100% remote position that can be done from any location within the US. Our client’ s hours of operation are 8am-11pm Est. The work schedule will include two evenings a week until 8: 30/9: 00 pm. The CM’ S are required to work a set schedule of 32-40 hours a week. The assignment is expected to last several months. The hourly pay range is $27-$30 depending on experience.
The Care Manager’ s responsibilities include receiving and responding to intake calls, explaining role of EAP and confidentiality, obtaining and recording intake case information, assessing crisis situations, and taking appropriate action, providing referral services to EAP clients and provide information and scheduling clients requesting phone services
Qualified candidates will have a master’ s degree in behavioral health discipline (social work, counseling, or related human service field) with an independent clinical license. A minimum of three years graduate level experience, providing direct service in behavioral health setting including assessment and case management. A combination of graduate and bachelor’ s level experience including behavioral healthcare utilization-review, Employee Assistance or similar call center work, or direct service in a community treatment or recovery center will be considered
Desirable, not required: CEAP, CADC, NBCC.
