Executive Director

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership guidance to staff set forth by the HPC Board.

Develop and implement new policies and programs set by the HPC  Board.

  Serve as liaison to Board of HPC in all aspects of the establishment.  

Hires, trains, assigns, and evaluates effectiveness of staff.

Develop promotion strategies and marketing campaigns  to maintain effective client relations.

Oversee fundraising and funding proposals to continue growth of the company. 

 

Qualifications:

BA or BS in social services or related field.

10 years of supervisory or managerial experience. (nonprofit preferred)

Experience in field areas above

Track record of fundraising and generated revenue.

Eligibility for certification as Aging Administrator by the Ohio Association of Senior Centers

Experience with Council of Aging and United Way

Experience working with older adults

Superior oral and written communication skills.
