We are hiring for an Executive Director for a  nationally accredited, non? profit behavioral health organization providing services to youth and families in Juneau, Alaska. The company offers a comprehensive continuum of prevention, community based, and residential programs to youth from Juneau and other Alaska communities, emphasizing relationship focused, strengths? based care within an overall framework of evidence? based practices. The Executive Director will lead an agency with annual revenues of $11M, primarily from Medicaid, and federal and state grants. With a work force of 130+ employees, annually serves over 400 children, adolescents and young adults, and their families.
Minimum Qualifications
-Master’ s degree in business, public health, social work, or related field preferred.
-Three+ years of successful executive experience directing a medium? sized human service organization, reporting to a governing Board of Directors.
-Thorough understanding of Medicaid behavioral health regulations and services.
-Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

-Passionate about the delivery of human services, and assisting youth and families to increase well being and improve functioning through high quality services and compassionate care.
-Adept in the identification, analysis, and formulation of solutions to complex operations, financial, and other organizational problems; evidence of ability to maintain daily task focus and solution oriented style.
-Exceptional ethics and integrity, with a track record reflecting regulatory compliance and dedication to service excellence.
-Demonstrated commitment to engaging in collaboration and partnership with diverse stakeholders, including the Board, employees, service recipients, other providers, community and state leaders, and funders.
