PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the behavioral healthcare field.  We are currently hiring for a Case Manager to work full-time with clients experiencing homelessness and living at a tiny home site in Eagle Rock CA 90041. 

This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT expected to last until June 30, 2025.

Requirements-
  • Experience working with homeless or very low income individuals, persons with substance abuse issues or mental illnesses preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a social services setting is preferred.
  • Possess a valid California driver's license and have access to properly registered vehicle.  

Benefits-
  • The pay is $23.50/hour
  • The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities-
  • Conduct assessments of new residents
  • Develop case plans to assist clients in establishing and meeting goals
  • Provide case management, support, and referrals to meet shelter, financial, social service, mental health and physical health needs during the clients’ stay at the tiny home site
  • Ensure clients are connected to agency and community resources
  • Transport participants as needed to essential appointments and conduct visits within the community
