PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently hiring for a Case Manager to work full-time with clients experiencing homelessness and living at a tiny home site in Eagle Rock CA 90041.
This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT expected to last until June 30, 2025.
Requirements-
Experience working with homeless or very low income individuals, persons with substance abuse issues or mental illnesses preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a social services setting is preferred.
Possess a valid California driver's license and have access to properly registered vehicle.
Benefits-
The pay is $23.50/hour
The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities-
Conduct assessments of new residents
Develop case plans to assist clients in establishing and meeting goals
Provide case management, support, and referrals to meet shelter, financial, social service, mental health and physical health needs during the clients’ stay at the tiny home site
Ensure clients are connected to agency and community resources
Transport participants as needed to essential appointments and conduct visits within the community
