We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Director for a growing behavioral health treatment provider. This role will be based in Broward County, Fl with some local and out-of-state travel required. The HR Director will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The role will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Job Description

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. SPHR preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Human Resources with well-developed administrative skills.
- For-profit Healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Experience in for-profit behavioral healthcare field preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a solid understanding of Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and well-organized.
