In this role, you will work with a highly specialized team dedicated to providing behavioral healthcare to an underserved client base. Optimal candidates will have an Independent license in either Social Work or Counseling and at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Offer necessary general supervision for Paraprofessional co-workers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to appropriate resources.
- Advocate for clients' needs while upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development plans and activities, staying updated on current therapies, and best practices in the field of mental health.
- State licensure in Ohio as an LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication, empathy, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans.
