We are assisting a service provider in its search for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LSW, LCSW, LPC) to work at a correctional facility located in Savannah, GA.
The Clinician will provide assistance to individuals needing social and human services providing services in the fields of medical, mental health, and public health as well as case management in a correctional setting. They will Coordinate all psychosocial community services under the general direction of the Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatrist. In accordance with policies, procedures, and protocols established by industry standards of practice and licensing and certificate and other regulatory agencies requirements. Responsible for implementing community educational programs assessing problems and determining appropriate types and methods of treatment and implementing intervention methodologies.
Requirements:
The work schedule is M-F, 8/9 am-4:30/5:30 pm. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Experience with Alcohol/drug population. Experience working in a correction setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with multicultural groups, and work settings. As well as the chronically mentally ill.
- LCSW, LMSW, or LPC in the state of Georgia.
