We are hiring for a LCSW in Roseburg, OR.

Plays a crucial role in helping individuals, families, and communities navigate and overcome various challenges. Your expertise in assessing patients' needs, providing therapy, and connecting them with appropriate resources will contribute to their overall wellbeing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health concerns and promote healthy coping mechanisms
- Offer crisis intervention and support during emergency situations
- Advocate for patients' rights and refer them to necessary community resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
QUALIFICATION:
- Master’s degree in social work
- Valid Oregon license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Ability to establish a therapeutic alliance and build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds and age groups
