Job Description
A healthcare provider in Wareham, MA is seeking an LICSW Pediatric Therapist. As an integral member of the primary care clinical staff, the integrated behavioral health provider will deliver integrated behavioral health services to patients and families, within the practice’s family-centered medical home. The clinician will also provide medical staff in the practice with consultative support, help coordinate behavioral health referrals and services outside the practice and serve as a liaison between the practice and the community-based behavioral health system.

Requirements
- A master's degree in social work with an active LICSW license in MA.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families, and experience in pediatric primary care, or other pediatric medical setting is strongly preferred.
- Experience working on interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience with cognitive behavioral, group, and family therapies is highly desirable.
- Must be eligible for credentialing and contracting with all insurances, including MassHealth, current credentialing is preferred.
- Experience using an electronic health record is desirable.
- Understanding of “behavioral health integration in primary care” and the “medical home” is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with community-based behavioral health resources is highly desirable.
