Job Description
PsychPros, Inc. is assisting a non-profit treatment provider in their search for a full-time, salaried LPC/LCSW Therapist for their office in Clarksville, AR. This full-time, salaried position will report directly to the Clinical Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule:
40 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible as long as work hours are completed each week. Preferably full-time at the office. Expectation for 30 sessions per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals and circumstances.
- Provide counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Person-Centered Therapy.
- Help clients develop coping strategies and improve communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sessions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care for clients.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops on mental health topics as needed.
- Stay updated on advancements in mental health research and integrate new methods into practice.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
- Advocate for clients and connect them with additional resources, such as housing, financial assistance, or support groups.
