Job Description
A behavioral health clinic in Arlington, TX is seeking a fulltime Licensed Psychologist to conduct therapy services and psychological, neuropsychological, psychoeducational assessment, presurgical evaluation, diagnosis, and consultation within a thriving group practice. Experience and interest in autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders is a plus, and priority is being given to individuals who have been trained in ADOS-2. Our clients include children, adolescents, and adults with developmental, behavioral, and other mental health conditions.
Responsibilities:
Texas licensed Psychologist with major coursework in clinical or counseling psychology. Two (2) years of experience in professional clinical work or the equivalent experience. Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Assist in completing intake assessment,
- Carry out evaluations and write comprehensive neuro/psychological reports and formulate diagnosis as needed
- Provide clinical services including counseling/psychotherapy
- Have a strong acumen
- Ability to supervise psychometrist and interns as needed
- Complete progress report in a timely manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Individual, family, group therapy with varied modalities, integrative approach, somatic psychotherapy a plus (EFT, EMDR, RMT, energy psychology, biofeedback)
- Cultural competency and integration of diversity in case conceptualization.
- Commitment to empowering clients to integrated skills
- Maintain a professional work environment in accordance to clinic standards
- Intervene decisively to ensure client safety
- Ability to provide both in-office and telehealth counseling, psychological assessment services
