Job Description
We are assisting a private clinical practice in the Tampa area with its search for an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for its growing clinical team. This is an office-based position.
The practice is client-focused and does not take insurance. These are 1099 positions. Client appointments are a combination of in-person (in a beautiful upscale office space) and virtual/telehealth, with therapists having flexibility in creating their own schedules. The Practice provides all clients, with fully furnished office space with security, patient/client management software, advertising, initial scheduling, telephone answering services, and billing. The position provides clinicians with the flexibility to establish their own hours and clinical autonomy.
Responsibilities and Duties
Qualified candidates will have experience primarily working within a niche (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma).
Candidate must be willing to see a minimum of 20 clients each week.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified candidates must be currently licensed as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT in Florida, and in good standing with the Florida Board of Health. Candidate must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance or will need to purchase a policy as a condition of the offer. Previous experience in private practice and in-person master’s programs is a plus and will be highly considered.
