PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for an Intensive Home-Based Therapist to work with children and families in Putnam County, Ohio. The therapist will provide 100% of services in the community.

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or other license-eligible related field of human services required.
Master’s degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or other license-eligible related field of human services preferred.
LSW or LPC required. LISW or LPCC preferred.
Two years of experience in the field of mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families. Experience with family preservation services and/or best practice models of clinical application preferred
Driver’s license and daily access to personal vehicle required

Benefits-

Salary range 50K-73K depending on education and experience
$5,000 sign on bonus

Flexible schedule

Responsibilities-

Manage a caseload of 6 high needs families.
Meet with clients a minimum of 2 visit per week with an average of 3 hours per week.
Services will be 100% community-based, which will include meeting with clients in their homes, at school, or community locations etc.
Provide diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family and group therapy.
Provide crisis intervention and be available for on call.
