The practice specializes in performance psychology and integrative care for high-achieving individuals, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking insight-driven evaluations.
This is a unique opportunity to join a concierge-style, private-pay clinical setting known for its precision, discretion, and tailored approach to optimizing well-being and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret a comprehensive battery of assessments (e.g., WAIS-IV, MMPI-3, NEPSY, Caliper, etc.)
- Produce detailed, client-friendly reports with practical insights and clear recommendations
- Conduct in-person feedback sessions with clients to review results and next steps
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate findings into treatment and performance plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Licensed to practice psychology in New York State
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience conducting psychological and cognitive assessments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, composed presence
- Experience working with high-functioning or executive clientele preferred
- Must be available to work in-office at the Park Avenue location
- Background in neuropsychological testing
- Familiarity with private-pay and concierge clinical environments
- Clear communicator with strong analytical and written skills
