We are hiring for a Mobile Response and Stabilization Clinician in several counties.

MRSS stands for Mobile Response and Stabilization Services. Families with youth and young adults up to age 21 who are experiencing difficulties or distress can receive assistance within 60 minutes after contacting MRSS. You may also receive up to 42 days of intensive, in-home services and linkage to on-going supports. Services provided by the MRSS team may include: safety assessments, de-escalation, peer support, and skill building, among others.
The MRSS Clinician must be provider identified in Ohio Administrative Code 5122-29-30 who can either independently diagnose behavioral health disorders or who can diagnose behavioral health disorders under supervision and who holds a valid and unrestricted certification and/or license.
In this role you will -
-Complete telephone consultation, screening, and triage to determine needs and desires of individuals and families calling through the crisis
hotline.
• Provide trauma-informed and culturally competent crisis intervention, risk assessment, de-escalation, collaborative safety planning,
psychoeducation, and recommendations during mobile response.
• Provide care coordination and collaboration with current behavioral health providers, natural supports, and other systems involved with youth
and family.
• Provide a warm handoff to long-term behavioral health providers and supports, including completion of a transition plan.
• Collaborate with youth and family/caregiver to identify skills, supports, resources, and services to assist with stabilizing the crisis and preventing future crises from occurring.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the MRSS team to further support youth and families throughout the stabilization and transition phases.
• Complete necessary assessments, documentation, follow up, and data collection.
This role pays $60-$70k.
These positions will mostly be working out of your home, going out on emergency calls, and coordinating care.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, valid Driver’s License.
