A new Wichita, Kansas law firm, built in response to the opioid crisis, is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in behavioral health, social work, and/or drug & alcohol counseling. The firm’s focus is to provide compassionate, ethical, and unwavering legal representation in criminal and civil matters related to substance abuse. The firm’s mission is to advocate for clients' rights and ensure fair treatment under the law.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience as a prosecutor, public defender, or social services agency attorney.
Experience in behavioral health, drug and alcohol counseling, or social work is desired.
Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
A sense of humor and pleasant personality is needed.
Out-of-state attorneys are encouraged to apply, so long as they are eligible for licensure in the State of Kansas within a reasonable time frame. Compensation is highly competitive.
