PsychPros is an award-winning, nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to behavioral healthcare. We are currently recruiting for a Prevention Service Coordinator to work full time in Covington, KY.

Job Summary:

Permanent Supportive Housing Coordinators work full-time, professionally to provide direct service to participants experiencing homelessness to secure housing, income, and on-going support services. This position helps participants utilize community resources and remain stably housed. Position requires occasional driving 30% of the time and some evening hours, must be able to adapt schedule to client needs as appropriate.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation of client case plans for up to 22 clients.
  • Regularly meeting with clients, monthly at minimum, to discuss and review issues that impact client income and housing.
  • Attending Local Prioritization Committee meetings to discuss any potential participants while working in collaboration with housing navigators to locate referrals.
  • Providing clients with transportation as needed, and being an overall advocate for the client
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’ s degree, and a minimum of three years’ experience in social services. A valid driver’ s license and reliable transportation is needed.
