Job Description
We are assisting a growing behavioral health organization in its search for a Pre-Release Case Manager in St Louis, MO. Since 2015, our client has offered a holistic, integrated, evidence-based re-entry model that is unique in its scope and unparalleled in its impact.
The Pre-Release Case Manager role serves as a trusted advisor for participants, supports the development of life goals, and builds relationships between participants and the organization. The position plays a key role in supporting the successful re-entry of our participants by laying a solid foundation of skills and resources. As a Pre-Release case manager, you will facilitate individual sessions with participants within a correctional institution, identify their needs and goals, and connect them with the broader.

Required education, licensure, and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social service-related field (social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, sociology, or similar)
- 1-3 years of experience implementing case management services and documenting interactions
- Driver’s license
- Ability to pass DOC security clearance.
- CPR / Adult First Aid certification preferred.
