PsychPros is seeking a Primary Therapist for a small, co-educational, therapeutic treatment program serving both male and female adolescents ages 12-18, and their families. This role is open to recently graduated or soon-to-graduate candidates The Primary Therapist is responsible for assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and transition planning. Clinical responsibilities include individual and family therapy, facilitating group therapy sessions, working closely with residential staff, and facilitating multi-family groups.
The successful candidate will possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or a closely related field. Experience in a therapeutic program is preferred, but not required. Familiarity and/or experience with the 12-steps and Stages of Change is a plus. The successful applicant will also possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), personal and professional integrity, strong computer and telephone skills, the ability to multi-task and have flexibility with scheduling.
The ideal candidate will have an interest (not necessarily experience) in experiential therapy, animals, learning new skills, etc., and should love being outdoors and living in a rural community. The program is based about 100 miles north of Las Vegas.
Requirements

Requirements
- Master’s degree in area of therapy – Social Work, MSW, MFT, professional counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Can be licensed or pre-licensed.
