We are hiring for a Program Administrator in Placerville, CA for an acute inpatient, 16-bed adult intensive treatment program. The program provides services to individuals experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms and can benefit from more structured services, supports and a secure setting. On average, PHF clients stay for 5-7 days and serves ages 18+. Position Objective As the Administrator/Program Director, you will manage the day to day operations of the facility including:

-Establishing, supporting, interpreting, directing and coordinating implementation of facility philosophy, organizational objectives, policies and procedures. 

-Providing communication linkage between corporate management and facility departments, and the establishment and maintenance of a clear reporting structure detailing the relationships and responsibilities of all facility departments and positions

-Assure compliance with appropriate regulations. In addition, you will oversee and assure that there are comprehensive quality Assurance and Utilization Review programs in place.

-Responsible for fiscal management of facility including: responsibility for implementing, maintaining, and evaluating budgets in all operational departments, and analyzing budget variances with departments, and develop explanation and /or correction action plans required; responsibility to establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard physical, financial, and human resources. 

-Prepares administrative records, reports, and analyses; manages facility information systems

-Utilize knowledge of and assurance of compliance with regulatory bodies, including Department of Mental Health and County Mental Health. 

-Identifies management learning needs of department heads and provides opportunities to meet those needs.

Qualifications -To be a success, you must have a BA/BS in health administration or related field. Master’ s Degree, as is a California clinical licensure (RN, LCSW, LMFT, PhD) is highly desired. Four+ years’ experience in a progressively responsible supervisory/leadership positions in a psychiatric setting is essential. Experience in a leadership role at an acute inpatient Psychiatric program is highly desirable. Ability to successfully manage staff is essential. Necessary skills include strong management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to manage a diverse workforce.
